The final analysis of the survey was more than 50 <br />pages long, a summary however would reveal the following: <br />*The best things about Lino Lakes were the city's open <br />spaces, small town and rural atmosphere, peace and <br />quiet, trees, and good locations within the Twin Cities <br />Metropolitan area. <br />*On the needs side of the ledger were lower taxes (no <br />surprise) more development of major retail <br />establishments, family restaurants and a city clean-up. <br />Page 14 <br />
