Executive Summary <br />4 <br />Proposed 2013 Non-Residential Irrigation Rates <br /> <br /> <br />Non-Residential <br /> <br /> <br />Irrigation <br /> <br /> <br />0 – 50,000 gallons $2.55 <br /> <br />> 50,000 $3.57 <br /> <br />Our proposed rates along with 2.0% increases in these rates 2014 <br />projects depreciation could be funded while maintaining recommended <br />reserve levels. <br />5.The current Sewer Availability Charge of $2,911 is adequate to fund <br />projected capital costs. <br />6.Sewer user rates should be increased by 7.0% in 2013 and 2.0% annually <br />2014 through 2019. <br />7.The City should establish the user rates for each utility fund for a three- <br />year period and review them on an annual basis. The rates shoul <br />reviewed on an annual basis concurrent with the development of the <br />following yearÓs budget. <br /> <br />These recommendations are based on information provided to us by City of <br />Lino Lakes.
