CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 20-95 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND <br /> PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR <br /> LYNGBLOMSTEN AT LINO LAKES ADDITION <br /> WHEREAS, on July 26, 2021,the City Council passed Resolution No. 20-94 approving the <br /> PUD Final Plan/Final Plat for Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes Addition; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br /> of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br /> hereby approves the Development Agreement and Planned Unit Development Agreement <br /> between Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes, LLC and the City of Lino Lakes for Lyngblomsten at <br /> Lino Lakes Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on <br /> behalf of the City. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of July,2021. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Cavegn and was duly seconded by Councilmember Stoesz and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof: Cavegn, Stoesz, Ruhland,Lyden, Rafferty <br /> The following voted against same: None <br /> i P'• 4 tlt\,* <br /> Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> IanneBaPell, le <br />
