CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 20-94 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PUD FINAL PLAN/FINAL PLAT <br /> FOR LYNGBLOMSTEN AT LINO LAKES ADDITION <br /> WHEREAS, the City received a land use application for Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes <br /> Addition PUD Final Plan/Final Plat hereafter referred to as "Development"; and <br /> WHEREAS, the July 26, 2021 City Council Staff Report provides supporting narrative <br /> and documentation to the land use application; and <br /> WHEREAS, City staff has completed a review of the proposed Development based on <br /> the following plans and information: <br /> • Revised PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat Submittal (80 plan <br /> sheets) prepared by Wold Architects &Engineers, Loucks and AJA, Inc. revision <br /> date July 14, 2021 received by City on July 20, 2021 <br /> • PUD Final Plan/Final Plat Submittal (128 plan sheets)prepared by Wold, Loucks <br /> and AJA, Inc. revision date July 14, 2021 received by City on July 20, 2021 <br /> • Revised Storm Water Management Report, prepared by Anderson-Johnson <br /> Associates revision date July 14, 2021 <br /> • SWPPP prepared by Anderson-Johnson Associates, Inc. dated October 4, 2019 <br /> • 49 & J Road Concept Layout prepared by SEH dated September 29, 2020 <br /> • Design Guidelines prepared by Wold Architects &Engineers dated April 6, 2021 <br /> • Final Plat received on May 13, 2021; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council the approved the PUD Development Stage <br /> Plan/Preliminary Plat with Resolution No. 19-42 on April 8, 2019; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council approved PUD Development Stage Plan Amendment#1- <br /> Site Plan and Grading & Drainage Plan with Resolution No. 20-44 on May 11, 2020; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Board reviewed the Development on June 10, 2020, <br /> July 15, 2020 and August 12, 2020 and recommended approval; and <br /> WHEREAS,the proposed Development is not considered premature and meets the <br /> performance standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino <br /> Lakes hereby makes the following: <br /> 1 <br />
