CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 20-94 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PUD FINAL PLAN/FINAL PLAT FOR LYNGBLOMSTEN AT LINO LAKES ADDITION WHEREAS, the City received a land use application for Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes Addition PUD Final Plan/Final Plat hereafter referred to as "Development"; and WHEREAS, the July 26, 2021 City Council Staff Report provides supporting narrative and documentation to the land use application; and WHEREAS, City staff has completed a review of the proposed Development based on the following plans and information: • Revised PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat Submittal (80 plan sheets) prepared by Wold Architects &Engineers, Loucks and AJA, Inc. revision date July 14, 2021 received by City on July 20, 2021 • PUD Final Plan/Final Plat Submittal (128 plan sheets)prepared by Wold, Loucks and AJA, Inc. revision date July 14, 2021 received by City on July 20, 2021 • Revised Storm Water Management Report, prepared by Anderson-Johnson Associates revision date July 14, 2021 • SWPPP prepared by Anderson-Johnson Associates, Inc. dated October 4, 2019 • 49 & J Road Concept Layout prepared by SEH dated September 29, 2020 • Design Guidelines prepared by Wold Architects &Engineers dated April 6, 2021 • Final Plat received on May 13, 2021; and WHEREAS, the City Council the approved the PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat with Resolution No. 19-42 on April 8, 2019; and WHEREAS,the City Council approved PUD Development Stage Plan Amendment#1- Site Plan and Grading & Drainage Plan with Resolution No. 20-44 on May 11, 2020; and WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Board reviewed the Development on June 10, 2020, July 15, 2020 and August 12, 2020 and recommended approval; and WHEREAS,the proposed Development is not considered premature and meets the performance standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance; and NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes hereby makes the following: 1
