CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO.21-82 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING STORMWATER RE-USE AGREEMENT FOR <br /> LYNGBLOMSTEN AT LINO LAKES ADDITION <br /> WHEREAS, on July 26, 2021 the City Council passed Resolution No. 20-94 approving <br /> Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes Addition PUD Final Plan/Final Plat; and <br /> WHEREAS,the approval required the execution of a Stormwater Re-Use Agreement between <br /> the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br /> hereby approves the Stormwater Re-Use Agreement between Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes, LLC <br /> and the City of Lino Lakes and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement <br /> on behalf of the City. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of July, 2021. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Cavegn and was duly seconded by Councilmember Ruhland and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof: Cavegn, Ruhland, Stoesz, Lyden, Rafferty <br /> The following voted against same:None <br /> Rob Rafferty,Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Julianne Bartell, Ci Clerk <br />
