(98% <br /> developed) To be discussed after concept plan is done. <br /> Playground equipment, grading, seeding, and brush removal. <br /> Enter into a business agreement with person that has a bobcat and <br /> is willing to do work in the park. (if insurance issue can be <br /> resolved) <br /> N-10 - Pine Ridge Park - $13, 000-$15, 000. (80% developed) <br /> Park is graded and seeded. Concept plan is done. There is 5 <br /> acres in the park and 5 acres is proposed. <br /> N-12 - Quail Ridge - (60% developed) <br /> This area should be looked at to see what level of development is <br /> done and see if there is eminent need. Decided to put on hold <br /> Lino Park - $2, 000 approved last year for inside lighting. 1994 <br /> - finish park building for warminghouse. <br /> George stated that they need to look at the items from previous <br /> priority lists and make sure that funding is not being set aside <br /> again. <br /> Marty told the Park Board that there would no longer be free <br /> water for flooding ice rinks. We will be given a meter and <br /> charged $1.45/1000 gallons of water used. It would be a good <br /> idea to make rinks on ponds in the areas that have them. <br /> 7 <br />
