This review, which included a careful
analysis of each application and an on-site visit of each proposed project
area, was completed by staff of the Outdoor Recreation Grants Unit.
Competition for the limited state dollars was intense. Only 19 projects
were recommended for funding out of the 111 applications reviewed.
Unfortunately, your application did not rank highly enough to be
recommended for funding this year.
If you would like information regarding your application and/or
suggestions on how your proposed project might be revised to make it
more competitive, please call your Grants Manager:
Tom Kranz at (612) 297-3168.
We thank you for your interest in the Outdoor Recreation Grants Program
and we are sorry that your application did not rank highly enough for
funding this year.
Sincerely,
Wayne M.
