Adjacent to each listing is the Park Dedication fee that was required at the time of approval. J. Keefe, Rolling Hills Drive, minor subdivision for mortgage purposes, no park dedication required of applicant. Hardwood Creek, Subdivision of 10 acre parcel from 50 acres. $500 Park Dedication required. Kevin McKlevish, Subdivision of one parcel into two on Glenview Drive, $500 Park Dedication required. Art LaCasse, 24th Avenue. Subdivision created one building site, one site with existing home, and 20+ acres for development of Clearwater Creek Subdivision. One park dedication required for new building site, $500. Park Dedication to be collected for Clearwater Creek Subdivision at time of development agreement/final plat. Haag, White Pine Road, minor subdivision to add 40' to lot. Park Dedication previously paid. K-G Development, minor subdivision on White Pine Road and Baldwin Lake Road, Park Dedication to be collected with Woods of Baldwin Lake 2nd Addition. Five (5) Snow Owl Lane administrative subdivisions were approved between February of 194 and May of 195, $2,500 was collected in Park Dedication fees. COMMERCIAL: Wayne Scanlan, Otter Lake Road, minor subdivision to split 3 acre parcel from balance of lot. Park Dedication to be collected in accordance with Ordinance No. 5-91 when building permit is issued (dedication will be based on size of building and occupancy) . Nol-Tec, Apollo Business Park, minor subdivision - Park Dedication ,•1 previously collected with the platting of Lino Industrial Park. Blue Heron, Apollo Business Center, minor subdivision - Park Dedication not collected.
