MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: Mary Kay and other interested parties <br /> FROM: John and Joyce Lund <br /> DATE: March 28, 1995 <br /> SUBJECT: The 32 feet on the westerly side of the creek at <br /> 480 Arrowhead Drive, as a possible trail site <br /> connecting the southerly trail and Shenandoah Park <br /> on the north side of Arrowhead Drive <br /> It is our desire to have this possible transaction done decently <br /> and in order - and at no cost to us. We have investigated the <br /> following issues. If there is anything else we should know, please <br /> draw it to our attention. <br /> 1) Dick Kilian, Four Star Realty, gave us counsel as what <br /> documents to have in our possession when we sell our remaining <br /> property. <br /> 2) McKenzie Metro Appraisals. John Dale will do two appraisals - <br /> one on the remaining property, on which our home is located, and a <br /> second on the other property, which may be transferred to City <br /> ownership. Estimated cost is $400. 00. <br /> 3) OSM did the original survey. We have spoken to Brian Bourassa <br /> and he thinks OSM can do two surveys, one on the remaining property <br /> and one on the other property for $400.00. This price will also <br /> include two property stakes driven to mark our new westerly <br /> property line. <br /> 4) Huntington Mortgage Company, Theresa Davis from the partial <br /> release department. The cost to transfer information is $250. 00, <br /> (application is attached) . Upon examination of the surveys and <br /> appraisals a determination will be made if any monies must be paid <br /> to satisfied the mortgage on the remaining property. <br /> 5) Todd Smith, the Anoka County Assessor estimates the price of <br /> the other property to be between $1, 000. 00 _ and $2 , 000. 00. <br /> 6) Marilyn Anderson, Clerk, will do the proper recording of the <br /> remaining and other property at the Anoka County Courthouse. <br /> 7) Our insurance company does not insure land, assuming it can not <br /> be destroyed. <br />
