This plan was developed with the help of Iron Mountain <br /> Forge, and the Wenzel Farms neighborhood. Since the budget for <br /> this play area was $15,000 and the costs for the desired park <br /> elements were in excess of this figure, the neighborhood has been <br /> through a need prioritization and fund-raising campaign. Lue Ann <br /> Snell from this neighborhood will be at the meeting to help <br /> update you. <br /> Rice Lake Estates will be sending Mr. Ray Webber to the Circle <br /> Pines Park Board meeting Monday night to present concepts and <br /> funding. Ray Webber is a resident of Rice Lake Estates, was a <br /> member of our Comprehensive Park Planning Committee, is a current <br /> member of our Recreation Focus Committee and the 20/20 Parks and <br /> Recreation Committee, and was the person responsible for the <br /> receipt of funds from Target Industries for Performances in the <br /> Park. I anticipate Ray coming to the meeting to update you. <br /> Jeff Schoenbauer and I will be meeting with'Homer Tompkins and <br /> Pamela Backer from Pheasant Hills Preserve at 4:00 PM monday <br /> night to review the PHP park concept. We should be able to <br /> unveil this at the meeting. <br /> Jeff will be at the Circle Pines Parkboard till about 7:00 PM <br /> monday night and will come to our meeting after that for PHP, and <br /> other park review matters concerning master-planning and Behms <br /> Century Farms. <br /> We should have completed base-mapping done by monday night for <br /> Park Grove/Birchwood Acres /Pineridge, and Brandywood. <br />
