Interested partics should submit a letter of application addressing each of these it.nts. I- Provide a detailed description of the project. • Where is the park located? • Who owns the property? • Describe the park as it currently exists. r1 Describe the changes you propose for the park(play-round equipment,excavation/grading, construction,etc;). Include a drawing and a budget. • List the suppliers and'contractors,along with bids and/or estimated costs. attach copies of any brochures, correspondence,estimates,etc. that will give us a brvkdown of the projected costs. 2. How many people use the park? 3. How much of the total project will you supply(include money, labor, don3nons of goods and servicesr- 9 4.
