B. Apple Valley scheduled building use or scheduled use of the <br /> remaining area during school sessions. <br /> S. ISD 196 MAINTENANCE. ISD 196 shall be responsible for all labor and <br /> materials for the following maintenance items: <br /> A. School building. <br /> B. Snow removal and sanding of the parking lots and internal drives as <br /> identified on Exhibit "B". <br /> C. Sealcoating, patching, and sub-grade correction, striping and typical <br /> - maintenance of the parking lot and internal drives as identified on <br /> Exhibit "B". <br /> D. Ground maintenance adjacent to school building upon Exhibit "B", <br /> including snow removal and sanding the sidewalk adjacent to the <br /> school in order to provide pedestrian access. <br /> E. Any maintenance of the varsity football, track and field and tennis <br /> facilities. <br /> 9. APPLE VALLEY MAINTENANCE. Apple Valley shall be responsible for <br /> all labor and materials for the maintenance of the following items of Apple Valley <br /> facilities as identified on Exhibit "B": <br /> A. City parking lot facilities. <br /> B. Ponds. <br /> C. Hockey rinks. <br /> D. Park buildings. <br /> E. Basketball and volleyball courts, play lots and play equipment. <br /> 10. SHARED MAINTENANCE. Apple Valley shall be responsible for all labor <br /> and material for the maintenance of the following items. ISD 196 shall pay one-half(Y2) <br /> of the cost of the maintenance of the items described below to Apple Valley within thirty <br /> (30) days of an invoice from Apple Valley. Apple Valley shall invoice ISD 196 annually. <br /> 4 <br />
