The Lino Lakes Park Board would like to explore the <br /> possibility of creating a joint use athletic complex (A-3) <br /> with the cities of Centerville and Circle Pines . <br /> 2 . In an effort to connect the northern part of the city to the <br /> southern part by means of a trail corridor, we would like to <br /> go on record in support of a new bridge wide enough to <br /> accommodate a transportation trail at the Hwy. 49 crossing of <br /> Rice Creek between Baldwin Lake and Rice Lake. <br /> 3 . The Park Board supports any cooperative efforts with the <br /> school district regarding joint development and joint use of <br /> school district recreational facilities . <br />
