They are as follows: <br /> Purchase a piece of property (peninsula) and create a trail <br /> connection Between Birch Park and the northern portion of <br /> Trappers Crossing----Land, .8 acres upland at $9000/acre <br /> (estimate) .1 acre wetland for 15' by 350' <br /> wetland crossing area for boardwalk. <br /> plus or minus some wetland id purchase <br /> needs to be made on a squared-off area <br /> (2. 3 acres) . <br /> ----Boardwalk, 350 ft @ $80/ft. . .$28,000 <br /> Clearwater Creek------Trails, phase 1 & 2, 3400 ft; we will know <br /> more monday on how much of the 10,400 <br /> ft of existing gravel trail we will <br /> get finished this year. <br /> Quail Ridge Park-------Masterplan, working with Brauer and <br /> Associates on an hourly basis and using <br /> in-house staff to base-map the cost should <br /> not exceed $2500. <br /> -------Boardwalk, 235-265 feet of boardwalk, <br /> using our original design for wetter <br /> areas, $80/lin. foot, $21,200. <br /> City Hall Park---------Playground Equipment, $12000-$15000 <br /> ---------Ballfields, $60,000 (will bring visual <br /> aids to meeting) <br /> Trails-----------------Dead-ends, mainly on the transportation <br /> trail on Birch Street, @ $20/ ft.--- <br /> $39,300. Please find attached a map of <br /> the location of these trail segments. <br /> Wenzel Farms, 35 ft. boardwalk @$80/ft. , <br /> and 238 ft. gravel @ $15/ft; total--$2800 <br /> Boardwalk, and $3570 gravel, plus <br /> possible easement acquisition costs. <br />
