The instructor (s) are in charge of the daily practice . A <br /> pre season meeting is held between the instructor and the <br /> recreation program supervisor to discuss what will be <br /> covered in each session. If a class has to be rescheduled <br /> due to the weather, the park and recreation department <br /> determines the date for the rescheduled class (s) and informs <br /> the coach (s) and participants . If the participants have a <br /> question if the class is going to be held or not they are to <br /> contact the "Hotline" number.
