Administrator Cotton will provide the previous study information to <br />47 the council. <br />48 <br />49 2. Review Council Agenda of July 26, 2021 — The agenda was reviewed and there <br />50 were no changes. <br />51 <br />52 Expenditures — Mayor Rafferty noted a $1900 charge for a fire uniform is included in <br />53 the expenditure list; is that an officer who left after just starting? Ms. Sawyer explained <br />54 the last resignation. <br />55 <br />56 Item 3A, Blue Heron Parade —Administrator Cotton reviewed the written information <br />57 and added that staff is anticipating that, if the council wishes to direct city funds for the <br />58 event, that should be further authorized. <br />59 <br />60 Councilmember Stoesz (one of the parade organizers) stated that he feels confident that <br />61 the parade will come together. <br />62 <br />63 Councilmember Cavegn remarked that he has some concern about the size of the parade; <br />64 if the units in the parade don't rise to a certain level perhaps that could impact the ability <br />65 to have a successful parade in future years.
