The ghost plat shall be revised to reflect the correct wetland buffers, road <br /> connection to the north parcel, cul de sac lengths < 500 ft,utility <br /> easements, the ravine and topography and limited number of driveways <br /> onto CSAH 54. <br /> 14. Sheet TR1-TR2, Tree Preservation and Tree Mitigation Plan: <br /> a. The stormwater/raingarden basins are not part of the basic use area. All <br /> plans and mitigation calculations shall be revised accordingly. <br /> 15. Sheets COI-005, Site Grading: <br /> a.
