CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION N0.21-97 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT, 2021 WATER SERVICE CONDITION REVIEW <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the 2021 Water Service <br />Condition Review, quotes were received, and tabulated: <br />CONTRACTOR <br />TOTAL QUOTE <br />A-1 Excavating, Inc. <br />Did Not Quote <br />Bituminous Roadwa s, Inc. <br />Did Not Quote <br />C.W. Schifsky's &Sons, Inc. <br />$58,800.00 <br />Valley -Rich Co., Inc. <br />$73,870.00 <br />S.R. Weidema <br />Did Not Quote <br />WHEREAS, it appears that T.A. Schifsky's &Sons, Inc. of North St. Paul, Minnesota, is the lowest <br />responsible bidder; and <br />WHEREAS, the funding for the project is from the water operating fund; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Cierk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with T.A.
