CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION N". 21-91 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 <br />NORTHEAST DRAINAGE AREA IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 20-133 of the Council adopted on November 9th3 20209 <br />awarding the contract for the Northeast Area Drainage Improvement Project to Jacon, LLC and <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Change Order No. 1; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lalces, Minnesota that <br />Change Order No. 1 is approved in the amount of $17,332,62, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27`�' day of September, 2021. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br />Stoesz and was duly seconded by Councilmember Cavegn and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Stoesz, Cavegn, Ruhland, Lyden, Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: None <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />``~-Jul'a ne Bartell, City Jerk <br />
