CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO, 21400 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE AND TIME FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR <br />THE PROPOSED 2022 OPERATING BUDGET AND 2021 TAX LEVY, COLLECTIBLE <br />IN 2022 <br />WHEREAS, cities are required to hold a hearing during a regularly scheduled City Council <br />meeting to receive public input on the proposed operating budget and tax levy; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Lino Lal<es wishes to set the date and time of its meeting for <br />this purpose. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota, that: <br />1. The public hearing date is hereby set for Monday, December 13, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. <br />during the regularly scheduled City Council meeting with final adoption of the 2021/2022 <br />tax levy and 2022 operating budget anticipated immediately following the hearing. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of September, 2021. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br />Ruhland and was duly seconded by Councilmember Cavegn and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Cavegn, Stoesz, Ruhland, Lyden, Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: None <br />/ 4&t` . <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />�.�,J_� i ne Bartell, City Cleric <br />
