Provisions are made to control and reduce noise. <br /> 5. No outside storage, repair or sales except in compliance with §1007.112 (7)(f) <br /> or§1007.112(8)(i)of this Ordinance shall be allowed. <br /> 6. All conditions pertaining to a specific site are subject to change when the <br /> Council, upon investigation in relation to a formal request, finds that the general welfare and <br /> public betterment can be served as well or better by modifying the conditions. <br /> 7-31 <br />
