CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.21-111 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE 2022 77TH STREET REALIGNMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the City to proceed with <br />the preparation of plans and specifications for the 2022 77th Street Realignment Project: <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />authorizes the preparation of the plans and specifications for the 2022 77th Street Realignment <br />Project. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11 th day of October, 2021. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br />Lyden and was duly seconded by Councilmember Cavegn and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Lyden, Cavegn, Stoesz, Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: None (Absent - Ruhland) <br />Ro afferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Aulian---�� <br />e Bartell, City lerk <br />
