CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.21-112 <br />APPROVING DESIGN ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT <br />2022 77TH REALIGNMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the City Council authorizing the preparation of the plans and <br />specifications for the 2022 77th Street Realignment Project; and <br />WHEREAS, WSB and Associates has submitted a proposal to complete the plans and <br />specifications, and provide bid documents for the 2022 771h Street Realignment Project in the <br />amount of $34,030.00; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the city to proceed with <br />preparing the plans and specification required to bid the 2022 77th Street Realignment Project, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with WSB, in the name <br />of the City of Lino Lakes, for the preparation of the plans and specifications for the 2022 77th <br />Street Realignment Project. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 1 lth day of October, 2021. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br />Stoesz and was duly seconded by Councilmember Cavegn and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof.
