<br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 21-29 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT, 2021 TRAIL MAINTENANCE PROJECT <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the 2021 Trail Maintenance <br />Project, quotes were received, and tabulated: <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR TOTAL QUOTE <br />ACS Asphalt Concrete Solutions Did Not Quote <br />Allied Blacktop Co. $99,379.00 <br />Arcade Asphalt, Inc. Did Not Quote <br />Asphalt Restoration Company, Inc. Did Not Quote <br />Bituminous Roadways Inc. $88,000.00 <br />Muellner Blacktop, Inc. Did Not Quote <br />T.A. Schifsky’s & Sons, Inc. Did Not Quote <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Bituminous Roadways, Inc. of Mendota Heights, Minnesota, is the <br />lowest responsible bidder; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the funding for the project is from the general fund, park budget; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract Bituminous Roadways, <br />Inc. for the construction of the 2021 Trail Maintenance Project in the amount of $88,000.00; <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of April, 2021. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk
