<br />3 <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves the Development subject to the following items being addressed prior to <br />issuance of a grading permit within the 4th Addition: <br /> <br />1. All comments from the City Engineer Letter dated April 1, 2021 shall be <br />addressed. <br />2. All comments from Environmental Coordinator Memo dated March 8, 2021 shall <br />be addressed. <br />3. A copy of the FEMA approved CLOMR shall be provided to the City. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves the Development subject to the following items being addressed prior to <br />issuance of building permit within the 4th Addition: <br /> <br />1. Copies of all the recorded 4th Addition Documents. <br />2. A copy of the recorded Homeowner’s Association documents shall be submitted <br />to the City. <br />3. A copy of the recorded Open Space Easement for the outlots noted above shall be <br />submitted to the City. <br />4. A copy of the recorded deed for Outlot C, Watermark 4th Addition shall be <br />submitted to the City. <br />5.
