Land Use Controls - Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br />Watermark is a Planned Unit Development (PUD) as approved by the City Council by <br />Ordinance No. 04-16, Resolution No. 16-151, Resolution No. 19-137, Resolution No. 20- <br />30, and Resolution No. 21-20. <br /> <br />24. Master Development Agreement. Watermark is governed by the terms of this <br />Agreement, as well as the terms of the Master Development Agreement between the <br />Developer and City. The two Agreements shall be construed together, and the <br />requirements and obligations of the Agreements are cumulative. In the event of a direct <br />conflict between the two Agreements, the Agreement imposing the greater obligation <br />on Developer shall govern.
