<br />Governmental activities increased the City’s net position by $5,629,730 during 2020.
<br />Contributions of capital assets from private sources, coronavirus relief grant funds, and
<br />property taxes levied to reduce debt all contributed to the increase in 2020. This increase was
<br />partially offset by transfers out to business-type activities of $4,066,269.
