The following member and user categories are <br />included: <br /> Adult <br /> Adult Couple (equivalent to 1.5 times a single adult membership) <br /> Senior <br /> Senior Couple (equivalent to 1.5 times a single senior membership) <br /> Child, Youth, Student (all the same) <br /> Family (4 members) <br /> Military Adult <br /> Military Family <br /> Corporate: No revenue factored into budget initially. <br /> Hotel Program to provide access for guests: <br /> <br />Membership Terms <br />The following membership terms were included: <br /> Monthly <br /> Seasonal <br />o Based on a three month period <br />o May be summer membership <br />o Roughly equal to 2.5 months of the equivalent monthly rate <br /> Annual Lump Sum (in advance) <br /> Most annual membership are equivalent to 11 months of the monthly fee, providing <br />approximately an 8% discount for the annual rate <br /> The family annual rate is slightly more to further incentivize the annual family membership <br /> <br />Resident versus Non-Resident <br />The Lino Lakes resident rate is used as the base rate. <br />Non-Resident rates represent an average of a 20% premium across most membership categories. <br /> <br />If any neighboring community provides financial support for the Rec and Community Center <br />residents of this community may also qualify for resident rates pending negotiations and level of <br />support. <br /> <br />Membership Fee Scenarios <br />To analyze various levels of fees ISG developed three different membership fee scenarios based on <br />comparison to the current YMCA of the North fees. <br /> <br />ISG developed three different membership and user fee scenarios.
