<br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council of the <br />City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br /> <br /> <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, June 14, 2021, commencing at <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * <br /> <br /> The Mayor announced that the next order of business was consideration of the proposals that had <br />been received for the purchase of the City’s General Obligation Street Reconstruction Bonds, Series 2021A, <br />to be issued in the original aggregate principal amount of $1,815,000. <br /> The City Administrator presented a tabulation of the proposals that had been received in the manner <br />specified in the Official Terms of Proposal for the Bonds. The proposals were as set forth in EXHIBIT A <br />attached hereto. <br /> After due consideration of the proposals, Member ____________________ then introduced the <br />following written resolution, the reading of which was dispensed with by unanimous consent, and moved its <br />adoption:
