The Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations, Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, it is not intended to and does not present the financial positions, or change in financial position of the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota. The expenditures on this Schedule are on the modified accrual basis of accounting. Pass-through entity identifying numbers are presented where available. Note 2 Indirect Cost Rate The City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota has not charged any indirect costs to any of the federal programs. Therefore, the election of the de minimus cost rate is not applicable. 6
