CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 21-46 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR NADEAU ACRES 2nd ADDITION <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Final Plat for Nadeau Acres 2nd Addition with <br />Resolution No. 21-45 on June 14, 2021; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City’s subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br />of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Development Agreement between BL Holdings, LLC and the City of Lino <br />Lakes for Nadeau Acres 2nd Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such <br />agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of June, 2021. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br /> <br />
