<br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 21-52 <br /> <br />Approving Applications for a Temporary Liquor and Cabaret License to <br />St. Joseph’s Catholic Church for their Annual Fall Festival <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, St. Joseph’s Catholic Church has made application for a temporary on-sale liquor <br />and cabaret license for their annual Summer Festival to be held August 7th and 8th, 2021; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, city staff has reviewed the applications submitted for festival events (temporary <br />on-sale liquor and cabaret licenses) for concurrence with city regulations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted a background check on <br />the applicant and has found no reason to deny; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, St. Joseph’s Catholic Church has paid the required license fees; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby approves a temporary on-sale liquor and cabaret license for the <br />2021 St. Joseph’s Catholic Church Festival. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of June, 2021. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_____________and was duly seconded by Council Member _________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br />_____________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />___________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk
