<br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 21-64 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT <br />NO. 1 TO THE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF MINNESOTA FOR <br />THE LINO LAKES COVID-19 VACCINE SITE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota proposed to use the former YMCA Facility (the <br />“Property”), for the purpose of a temporary COVID-19 Vaccine site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes entered into a License Agreement with the State of <br />Minnesota for a period commencing April 5, 2021 and continuing through June 30, 2021; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota proposes to extend the terms of the license through July 31, <br />2021, with an option to renew through August, 31, 2021; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes continues to review options associated with a City managed <br />Recreation and Community Center. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. The City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Amendment <br />No. 1 to the License Agreement. <br /> <br />2.
