OPTION TO RENEW <br /> <br />3.1 LICENSOR grants and LICENSEE accepts the right to one (1) option to renew this <br />License for a period of one (1) month, commencing August 1, 2021 and continuing <br />through August 31, 2021 (“Option Period”) at the same terms, conditions and rental <br />amount as this License. <br /> <br />3.2 To exercise the above noted Option to Renew, Tenant must indicate in writing its intent <br />to exercise the option no later than July 15, 2021. <br /> <br />4. EXECUTION IN COUNTERPARTS This Amendment may be executed in any number of <br />counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be deemed to be an original <br />and all of which counterparts of this Amendment taken together shall constitute but one and <br />the same Amendment. Delivery of an executed counterpart of this Amendment by facsimile or <br />email or a PDF file shall be equally as effective as delivery of an original executed counterpart <br />of this Amendment. <br /> <br />5.
