Those parcels with Agricultural, City Park and Recreation, County Park and <br />Recreation, Open Space/Conservation, Open Water, Roadway Rights-of-Way, and <br />Vacant land uses are exempt from the storm water utility fee. Parcels of other land uses <br />may be exempt on a case by case basis as determined by the City. For example, the <br />Correctional Facility is exempt because it is its own MS4. <br />5) Establishment. The residential and non-residential storm water utility fee may be set and <br />established for a period of time as decided by City Council resolution.
