May recipients use funds to cover the costs of consultants to assist with managing <br />and administering the funds? [6/8] <br /> <br />Yes. Recipients may use funds for administering the CSFRF/CLFRF program, including <br />costs of consultants to support effective management and oversight, including <br />consultation for ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and other requirements. <br /> <br /> <br />11. Operations <br /> <br />11.1. How do I know if my entity is eligible? <br /> <br />The Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds American Rescue Plan Act of <br />2021 set forth the jurisdictions eligible to receive funds under the program, which are: <br />• States and the District of Columbia <br />• Territories <br />• Tribal governments <br />• Counties <br />• Metropolitan cities (typically, but not always, those with populations over 50,000) <br />• Non-entitlement units of local government, or smaller local governments <br />(typically, but not always, those with populations under 50,000) <br /> <br />11.2. How does an eligible entity request payment? <br /> <br />Eligible entities (other than non-entitlement units) must submit their information to the <br />Treasury Submission Portal. Please visit the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal <br />Recovery Fund website for more information on the submission process. <br /> <br />11.3. I cannot log into the Treasury Submission Portal or am having trouble navigating <br />it. Who can help me? <br /> <br />If you have questions about the Treasury Submission Portal or for technical support, <br />please email covidreliefitsupport@treasury.gov. <br /> <br />11.4. What do I need to do to receive my payment? <br /> <br />All eligible payees are required to have a DUNS Number previously issued by Dun & <br />Bradstreet (https://www.dnb.com/). <br />
