AS OF JUNE 24, 2021 <br />34 <br /> <br /> <br />Entities can check the status of their submission at any time by logging into Treasury <br />Submission Portal. <br /> <br />11.10. My Treasury Submission Portal submission requires additional <br />information/correction. What is the process for that? <br /> <br />If your Authorized Representative has not yet signed the award terms, you can edit your <br />submission with in the into Treasury Submission Portal. If your Authorized <br />Representative has signed the award terms, please email SLFRP@treasury.gov to request <br />assistance with updating your information. <br /> <br />11.11. My request for funds was denied. How do I find out why it was denied or appeal the <br />decision? <br /> <br />Please check to ensure that no one else from your entity has applied, causing a duplicate <br />submission. Please also review the list of all eligible entities on the Coronavirus State <br />and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund website. <br /> <br />If you still have questions regarding your submission, please email <br />SLFRP@treasury.gov. <br /> <br />11.12. When will entities get their money? <br /> <br />Before Treasury is able to execute a payment, a representative of an eligible government <br />must submit the government’s information for verification through the Treasury <br />Submission Portal. The verification process takes approximately four business days. If <br />any errors are identified, the designated point of contact for the government will be <br />contacted via email to correct the information before the payment can proceed. Once <br />verification is complete, the designated point of contact of the eligible government will <br />receive an email notifying them that their submission has been verified. Payments are <br />generally scheduled for the next business day after this verification email, though funds <br />may not be available immediately due to processing time of their financial institution. <br /> <br />11.13. How does a local government entity provide Treasury with a notice of transfer of <br />funds to its State? <br /> <br />For more information on how to provide Treasury with notice of transfer to a state, please <br />email SLRedirectFunds@treasury.gov. <br />
