CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-95 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR <br />LYNGBLOMSTEN AT LINO LAKES ADDITION <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on July 26, 2021, the City Council passed Resolution No. 20-94 approving the <br />PUD Final Plan/Final Plat for Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes Addition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City’s subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br />of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Development Agreement and Planned Unit Development Agreement <br />between Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes, LLC and the City of Lino Lakes for Lyngblomsten at <br />Lino Lakes Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on <br />behalf of the City. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of July, 2021. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br /> <br />
