Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes Addition <br />Development Agreement <br />July 26, 2021 <br /> page 17 <br />24. Land Use Controls - Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br />a. Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes is a Planned Unit Development (PUD) as approved by <br />the following City Council actions: <br />i. Ordinance No. 07-19 Rezoning Property from GB, General Business to <br />PUD, Planned Unit Development <br />1. Details permitted, accessory, conditional and administrative uses <br />specific to the 20 acre site <br />ii. Resolution No. 19-42 Approving PUD Development Stage <br />Plan/Preliminary Plat <br />1. Establishes development’s framework in regards to lot and yard <br />requirements, height regulations, impervious surface and design <br />guidelines <br />iii. Resolution No. 20-44 approving PUD Development Stage Plan <br />Amendment #1-Site Plan and Grading & Drainage Plan <br />iv. Resolution No. 20-94 approving PUD Final Plan/Final Plat <br /> <br />b. The applicant shall maintain a 25 ft wetland buffer as depicted on Sheet C0.00, <br />Wetland Buffer Map dated May 11, 2020 prepared by Anderson-Johnson <br />Associates, Inc. <br />c. The wetland buffer and upland habitat will consist of vegetated land, consisting <br />primarily of plant species native to this region, that is not cultivated, cropped, <br />pastured, mowed, fertilized, used as a site for depositing snow removed from <br />roads, driveways or parking lots, subject to the placement of mulch or yard <br />waste, or otherwise disturbed, except for periodic cutting or burning that <br />promotes the health of the wetland buffer or upland habitat, actions to address <br />disease or invasive species, or other actions to maintain or improve wetland <br />buffer or upland habitat quality, each as approved in writing by City staff. <br />d. The wetland buffer shall be maintained in accordance with standard vegetation <br />management practices. <br />e. Future development of Lot 2 and Outlot C, Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes Addition <br />shall require final plat and full site plan review by City staff, the Planning & <br />Zoning Board and City Council. <br />f. Future development of Outlot C, Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes shall be consistent <br />with the 49/J Master Plan, Lyngblomsten Design Standards and city ordinances. <br />Signatures Appear on Following Page
