6 <br />(c)Adjacent parcels of land under common ownership may be used to determine <br />the maximum number of animal units allowed, if the parcels are operated as asingle enterprise.a. City Ordinance Section 1007.080(5)(f) allows for the <br />keeping of farm animals, no more than one (1) animal unit per two (2) acres; <br />therefore, no more than 12.5 animal units would be allowed on all three (3) parcels combined. <br />If PID# 05-31-22-22-0006 were to be sold and/or not remain under common <br />ownership, the maximum number of allowed animal units on the Property <br />would be reduced to 10.5. <br />b. Adjacent parcels of land shall not be separated by public right-of-way. <br />The three (3) parcels are not separated by public right-of-way. <br />(d)Up to double the animal unit density may be allowed subject to an approvedfacility management and waste handling plan. <br />The maximum number of animal units allowed on the Subject Site is 12.5. <br />With an approved facility management and waste handling plan, themaximum number of animal units allowed on the Subject Site is 25.0. <br />If PID# 05-31-22-22-0006 were to be sold and/or not remain under common <br />ownership, the maximum number of allowed animal units on the Subject Sitewould be reduced to 21.0. <br />(e)Buildings housing domestic livestock, including barns, stables, sheds, and <br />similar facilities shall be located no nearer than 100 feet from any inhabited,neighboring dwelling.
