7 <br />Comprehensive Plan <br />Butler Addition is consistent with the goals and policies of the comprehensive plan in regards to resource management, land use, housing, transportation and utilities as detailed during the <br />preliminary plat review. <br />Environmental Board Comments <br />The Environmental Board reviewed the proposed preliminary plat on March 31, 2021 and <br />recommended approval of the project. <br />Public Safety Department <br />The Police Division and Fire Division reviewed the plans and have no additional comments or <br />concerns. <br />Development Agreement <br />A Development Agreement has been drafted by the City and shall be executed. <br />Title Commitment <br />The City Attorney reviewed the title commitment and final plat and notes that mortgage consents are required. <br />Stormwater Maintenance Agreement <br />The infiltration basin will be privately maintained and a Stormwater Maintenance Declaration is required with the final plat. <br />Findings of Fact <br />The Findings of Fact for Butler Addition Final Plat are detailed in Resolution No. 21-75. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Planning & Zoning Board reviewed the Butler Addition Final Plat on July 14, 2021 and recommended approval with a 4-0 vote. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
