2 <br />1. The existing house on Lot 1, Block 1, Butler Addition shall connect to municipal <br />watermain.2. The new house on Lot 2, Block 1, Butler Addition shall connect to municipalwatermain and municipal sanitary sewer main. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves Butler Addition Final Plat subject to the following items being addressed prior to release of the mylars: <br />1. The Development Agreement shall be approved by the City Council, executed <br />and recorded against the property. <br />a.
