Remaining increase stems from inflationary increases from several vendors. <br />Benefits if done: <br />The ZOOM subscription would allow for continued efficiencies for conducting online meetings and roll calls. Video <br />redaction subscription is required to meet data practices laws/requirements. Alexandra House provides a variety <br />of services to Lino Lake residents that are victims of crimes and funding would pay a portion of those services; <br />see attached letter. <br />Implications if not done: <br />We would no longer have access to an online meeting platform and residents who are victims of crimes could <br />experience a reduction in services. <br />9 <br />Account #:4452 Amount (neg if decrease)$250 <br />SUBSCRIPTIONS/DUES <br />Description of Adjustment: <br />Staff members annual dues increase for membership in professional associations. <br />Benefits if done: <br />Staff would continue to have professional development resources available that is specific to job tasks and continue <br />savings for some training programs. <br />Implications if not done: <br />It would eliminate an important source of professional development for staff. <br />41
