Recommendation is to resurface every 5 years. <br />Benefits if done: <br />May be able to extend the life of the court by resurfacing every 5 years. <br />Implications if not done: <br />Cracks will continue to form on the court. <br />5 <br />Account #:4410 Amount (neg if decrease)$9,000 <br />CONTRACTED SERVICES <br />Description of Adjustment: <br />Rink Lights - Birch Park <br />Remove and replace 7 existing rink light fixtures with LED sport type FF Flood Lights at Birch Park. <br />Benefits if done: <br />All lights will work and be energy efficient. <br />Implications if not done: <br />We will continue to use the 25yrs + old non-energy efficient lighting that has a number of lamps burnt out and in need <br />of replacement. Due to burnt out lamps, the area may not be as illuminated as it could and should be to insure safety. <br />72
