17 <br />shall include the compliance certificate set forth in EXHIBIT G and the income form entitled “Tenant <br />Income Certificate” from the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (MHFA HTC Form 14), or if <br />unavailable, any similar form, for each residential unit meeting the affordability requirements under Section 4.5. The Authority may require the Developer to provide additional information in order to access the accuracy of such certification. Unless earlier excused by the Authority, the Developer shall send affordable housing reports to the Authority from the date of this Agreement until the Termination <br />Date. <br /> Section 4.7. Senior Housing Covenant. At all times from initial occupancy of the Senior Housing Units through the Termination Date, one hundred percent (100%) of the residential units in the Senior Housing Units shall be occupied by at least one occupant who is at least 55 years of age or <br />older at the time of initial occupancy. <br /> Section 4.8. Uniformity of Finishes, Amenities.
