Therefore, your request will be recommended for <br />denial at the September 13, 2021 City Council meeting as outlined below. <br /> <br /> The revocation within the past five years of any license issued to the applicant for the <br />purpose of conducting business as a peddler, solicitor or transient merchant; and <br /> <br /> The applicant is found to have a bad business reputation.
