3. General Provisions_V1 <br /> <br />3-107 <br />1. The property owner demonstrates that the principal driveway access serving the <br />single family dwelling cannot be extended or expanded to serve an airplane <br />hangar without encroaching into required setbacks or abutting property or without <br />violating section 1007.044(5)(g). <br /> <br />2. Secondary driveway width shall not exceed 12 feet. <br /> <br />3. No secondary driveway shall be within three feet of the property line unless a <br />shared driveway access and maintenance agreement is executed by each property owner and <br />recorded against each property with Anoka County. <br /> <br />(f) Impervious Surface Coverage Area. The impervious surface of the property shall <br />not exceed 65%. <br /> <br />(g) All other provisions of Chapter 1007 and the City Code shall be applicable to the <br />extent not in conflict with this section. <br /> <br />(Ord.
