2-10 <br /> <br />c. All designated open space shall be platted as outlot parcels held as open <br />space in perpetuity. Public trail corridors shall be dedicated as park land. <br /> <br />d. Each open space outlot shall be classified as natural habitat, neighborhood <br />recreation, or trail corridor open space, and shall conform to the type of use, location criteria, and <br />deed restrictions of that classification, as specified in Section 1001.099 of the Lino Lakes <br />Subdivision Ordinance. <br /> <br />(e) Neighborhood Performance Standards. <br /> <br />1. Identity. To provide an identity and create a cohesive development pattern, <br />residential units/buildings shall be oriented toward an identifiable futurefeature which they have <br />in common. Such identity may be accomplished by one or more of the following features: <br /> <br />a. View Shed. The lots of a neighborhood lots may be arranged such that a <br />majority of the principleprincipal structures will take visual advantage of a field, wetland, woods, <br />lake, stream, or other open space which could be described as a view shed. <br /> <br />b. Physical Amenity. The lots of a neighborhood lots may be arranged such <br />that a majority of the principleprincipal structure will facetake visual advantage of a green, <br />playground, ball field, rock outcropping, stand of trees, church, school, or other physical feature <br />unique to that particular neighborhood. <br /> <br />c. Streetscape. The neighborhood lots may be arranged such that the <br />principleprincipal structures will face a street space enhanced with landscaping, street trees, <br />boulevardslandscaped medians, sidewalks, trails, medians, or other landscaping techniques <br />appropriate to the City’s street design standards. <br /> <br />(f)(e) Yards. <br /> <br />1. Setbacks, Periphery. The front, rear and side yard restrictions at the periphery <br />of the Planned Unit Development site at a minimumPUD site shall be the same as imposed in the <br />respective base districts. <br /> <br />2. Setback, Front. No building shall be located less than twenty-five (25) feet from <br />the back of the curb line along those roadways which are part of the internal street pattern. <br /> <br />3.2. Building Separation. Buildings upon the same lot shall maintain a minimum <br />setbackseparation of ten (10) feet between buildings. <br />
