3. General Provisions_V1 <br /> <br />3-62 <br />(v) Motor Fuel Station. At least four (4) off-street parking spaces plus one (1) space for <br />each employee on duty. Those facilities designed for sale of other items than strictly automotive <br />products, parts or service shall be required to provide additional parking in compliance with other <br />applicable sections of this Ordinance. Parking at fuel pumps shall not be allowed to satisfy the <br />parking requirements. <br /> <br />(w) Auto Repair. Two (2) spaces per serving bay; the service bay is not a parking space. <br /> <br />(x) Motor Vehicles Sales Lot. Four (4) spaces per one thousand (1,000) square feet gross <br />sales and office floor area of the building plus one (1) space per each two thousand (2,000) square <br />feet of gross land area. <br /> <br />(y) Auto Wash/Commercial Car Wash. One space per employee plus: Drive through: <br />Ten (10) stacking spaces. Self-service: One (1) stacking space per wash bay. Motor Fuel Stations: <br />None in addition to that required for the principal use. <br /> <br />(z) Garden Supply Store, Building Material Sales in Structure. Eight (8) off-street <br />parking spaces, plus one (1) additional space for eight hundred (800) square feet of floor area over <br />one thousand (1,000) square feet. <br /> <br />(aa) Private Racquetball, Handball and Tennis Courts. Not less than six (6) spaces per <br />each court. <br /> <br />(bb) Indoor Sports Arenas, Private Skating Rink, Dance Hall, or Public Auction House. <br />Twenty (20) off-street parking spaces, plus one (1) additional off-street parking space for each two <br />hundred (200) square feet of floor space over two thousand (2,000) square feet. <br /> <br />(cc) Golf Driving Range, Miniature Golf, Archery Range. Ten (10) off-street parking <br />spaces plus one (1) for each one hundred (100) square feet of floor space of building. <br /> <br />(dd) Golf Courses. Four (4) spaces per hole, plus fifty (50) percent of the requirements <br />for any other associated use. <br /> <br />(ee) Bowling Alley. Five (5) spaces for each alley plus additional spaces for related uses. <br /> <br />(ff) Funeral Undertaking Establishments. At least twenty (20) parking spaces for each <br />chapel or parlor, plus one (1) parking space for each vehicle. Aisle space shall also be provided <br />off the street for making up a funeral procession. <br /> <br />(gg) Electrical and Television Repair. Four (4) spaces per one thousand (1,000) square <br />feet of floor area. <br /> <br />(hh) Woodworking Shop. One (1) space for each employee plus one (1) space for each <br />one thousand (1,000) square feet of gross floor area. <br />
