The project includes the removal of the existing portion of 77th Street W between <br />Marilyn Drive and Lake Drive, realigning and constructing a new portion of 77th Street W <br />between Marilyn Drive and Lake Drive, realigning and installing public utilities, <br />coordinating the relocation of private utilities, and working with Anoka County on signal <br />improvements. The estimated construction cost is $568,000.00. <br /> <br />Based on the project scope, WSB would perform the following tasks: <br /> <br />I. Prepare Final Project Construction Plans <br /> <br />Final construction plans will be prepared showing the new roadway alignment, public <br />utility locations, drainage ponds, and signal modifications. The plans will include <br />topographic survey and be shown in plan and profile views. <br /> <br />II. Final Quantities <br /> <br />A bid item quantity take off and engineer’s opinion of probable cost will be completed <br />on the final construction plans. A proposal form will be generated for the contractor <br />bidding process. <br /> <br />III. Prepare Permits, Specifications and Bidding Documents <br /> <br />WSB will assist the City in preparing permit application(s) and/or approval requests <br />and will assist the City with submitting the applications/approval requests to the <br />appropriate regulatory agencies. Permit applications and/or agency review <br />submittals are anticipated for: (1) RCWD – erosion control, and (2) Anoka County – <br />work in right of way. <br /> <br />WSB will develop the final project plans and specifications based on the agency <br />review comments. This task will include a constructability review and QA/QC review <br />of the final plans, quantities, and specifications. <br /> <br />Upon completion of permitting, and agency review and approval, a final set of <br />construction documents will be prepared for electronic bidding.
